About Us

"If you can't feed a hundred people, then feed just one,” Mother Teresa.

Indiabasis.org raises funds to meet critical humanitarian needs around the world. As a leader in international philanthropy for more than half a century, we work with a broad network of private and public sector partners to provide food, shelter, medical care, job skills and education to the people who need it most.

Indiabasis.org was founded in 2000 by a group of volunteers seeking a better way to make a difference in our community. Many years and more than $14 million in grants later, we have become an effective bridge between donors and non-profit organizations doing the hard work of helping families and children in need. Since it began, Indiabasis.org has become a major philanthropic organization in the India .

Indiabasis.org is fully committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction. We have a long track record of providing outstanding service, state-of-the-art technology and superior operational excellence to employers and employees throughout the country. Even in this competitive and changing economic environment, Indiabasis.org continues to thrive and grow as a charity, as a federation, and as a campaign manager. We are proud to be one of the most respected leaders among all federations in private and public sector workplace campaigns.

As one of the premier national service workplace giving federations, Indiabasis.org is driven to be the best partner to employers in the public and private sectors, and to help them implement effective and successful employee giving campaigns in the workplace. We focus on efficiency so that we distribute the maximum amount of each contributor’s gift to their designated charities.

As we begin our second decade of service to our community, we wish to recognize the support we have received from our members, Advisory Board, and donors, and give special thanks to our partners who are doing the hard work of changing lives --- one family at a time.
